PRAiA Studio is a Cheltenham-based architecture practice founded on a simple mission: to preserve our built heritage and create truly sustainable buildings. We bring together conservation expertise and contemporary design thinking to deliver projects that respect the past while embracing the future.
We work across the UK and Europe, with most of our projects concentrated in the South-West of England — the Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Devon. Our portfolio spans bespoke houses, heritage conservation, extensions, retrofits, hospitality, and community projects.

Every project begins with listening. We take the time to understand not just what our clients want to build, but why. From the constraints of listed buildings to the opportunities of a blank canvas, we find creative solutions that balance ambition with sensitivity to place and context.
